I like this song very much. I don't really know why. To begin with, I am in no way successful. Think not of me as being ungrateful, but I personally feel that there is still much more left for me to be done. Though looking back, I can't help to ask myself, if people from my past could see me now, what would they think of me? But as I sat by the window, looking out into the blackness of the night as the rain trickles down the glass, who from my past would I like to see me now? I can't really think of any. Yes, a few familiar names did came into mind, however I am doubtful whether those are really the faces I want to see again in my life. If I could only pick a single individual, who would it be? Last Friday was the day many of us Malaysians are eagerly waiting for each year without fail. It's budget day! When I was young, I never really understood what is so important about this day; I never got it why people were so excited sitting in front of the television watching our Prime Minister presenting next year's budget. He's just allocating money, big deal. Now is a different story altogether. Allow me to begin with my take on the proposed budget. Below are the so-called thrusts for next year's budget. These are the key areas/focus of the budget. Lets go through it one by one shall we? On this joyous occasion, I'd like to wish all of you Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri! Maaf zahir dan batin! (translation: sorry for all of my wrongdoings and all, if any) . So to commemorate this special month, I've decided to share with you guys one of my favorite Raya song!  What I like about this song:  The lyrics tell a story, a reality of a traveler who is far away from home during Hari Raya, how he longs to be home, unfortunately he can't afford to leave his work. It is a very sad song, even for myself who may not have been far enough from home nor have ever missed to celebrate Hari Raya away from my family in my kampung, Terengganu.  salam Aidilfitri from me & my family to yours~ I leave the rest to you.......
